I decided to purchase a 3 month nutrition package from Katie after she came highly recommended to me from a couple of my teammates on my triathalon team. I have been into fitness for years and have been working with a triathlalon/running coach for a year now. I have seen incredible improvement in my performance working with my triathalon coach, but have continued to struggle with finding the balance of training fuel for performance, race weight and lifestyle balance. I started working with Katie in preparation for my race at the upcoming Ironman World Championships. I've been training and racing in endurance sports for over 7 years and tried several diets or ways of eating that I thought would work. I started working with Katie as I finish out my marathon season and start my training for my first ever 70.3. I needed some accountability and guidance in terms of nutrition, especially as I enter the world of triathlon. In the short time I've worked with Katie I have seen amazing progress and improvement.
